i hav already started my slimming plan! eat a heavy meal in the morning everyday only! everyday do 30 sit-ups! n twice a week go fitness corner near my hse exercise for half hour bah! i darn determined to slim down!
anw i oso hav done a study plan too! very detailed de ! what day do how many hours do what subject what chaps! haha! my teacher teach me how to do my revision effectively ! 2 hrs right 45 mins revise then 15 mins rest then another 45 mins practice what u hav revise then 15 mins rest before moving on to another subject .
today oso a big day for me ! i hav acknowledege another kor! chenlong kor ,u r nice! wish u good luck in everything you do n last long with da sao! lol!

ytd did 1 hr of CWO worx for being SUPER late on tue! i woke at 8 plus ,cabbed to sch and reach at nine plus! haha! actually enjoyed doing my CWO ! it was like paper cutting using paper cutter! haha!
duno y recently fall in love with sleeping! when i got nth to do i will slp! come back from sch i will sometime fall aslp! can sleep 24 hrs throughout oso can! slp so much till mum tot i was always on the phone midnite !
